I did a 95 swap to a 91 and my mech was dionig my engine and said part B (right of pic)what is the name of part B? is it the egr valve? anyways my mech showed me how the (B) part is connected to the motor but when hes trying to install the long metal part to the manifold he said it doesnt fit. Should i buy a new manifold or part (b)? any ideas thanks and sorry for the confusion in adv.

wow you need to do some serious reading and learn this stuff. Part b is a EGR valve connected to the EGR tube which threads into your exhaust manifold. As far as it not meeting up with the manifold goes or threading in? One would have to inspect the manifold in person to get an idea to what exactly is going on. There are a number of variables going on here that you have not told us.

Is the manifold a S14 or S13? Is the EGR tube from a S14 or S13? Are you trying to mix and match? I am sure you do not know as if you did? Then you would be able to figure out what to do.

That's an S14 exhaust manifold. You will need an S14 EGR pipe to line up correctly. If that's still not it, the pipe is bent. Attach it to the exhaust side first, then manipulate the valve/pipe assembly to fit the intake side.
