S14 SR high idle

Hey guys so i swapped out my clutch and now my idle is sitting at about 1800 rpm but according to my power fc my idle should be set to 1100 when cold. 950 when warm..... any suggestions as to what could have been changed or how to tone that down? i have read up and seen that i need to adjust the IACV but i can't figure out exactly what that is or how to do so. any help/threads/websites/pictures would be greatly appreciated.

prolly moved the motor around and created an vacuum leak

There should be a box shaped part on the intake manifold that has a plastic screw on it. Turn the screw to adjust the idle.

Its either that or your throttlebody is slightly open, letting extra air in. Or even as suggested above...
