SR Transmission Plate?

Anyone know were i could find another one? Ive tried searching a couple times and get nothing.. Basically just looking for the plate that goes between the tranny and motor.. Ive seen some people not run them.. but ive always wonderd if that effected anything from spacing or just hella dust being able to enter the tranny.. thoughts?

I believe the name for it is the transmission "dust" shield. I know plenty of people that don't run them, but personally I would because I am picky. These are super hard to find, like I don't even think you can get them from the dealership, just from when you get the swap
