97 240 lighting problem!?!?

i have a 97 240 and i can get the dash lights or the turn signals to work?! i dont have any cd player or anything in car and as far as i can see there is no wires crossed. fuses are good and bulbs in signals are good...rheostat switch? help please!

The last time that has happen to me was the 30amp fuse located under the hood.

Or the TCF(sp) white box at the bottom where you foot is.

You sure all the fuses are good? My Kouki had this issue. I had a wire from the fuse kick panel to power up the cluster that was grounding out. I figured out which wire it was, snipped it and got a different 12v power source for it.

i checked all the fuses one by one and none were blown, but your saying that you had a wire grounded out going to the fuse? was it just one wire that powered gauge lights and signal lights?
