that's pretty much as good as the pics get, its pretty cut and dry...not much more detail to it, they come unpainted (black FRP material)

yes it comes with 3M double sided tape, but the strip it comes with is pretty thin, so people usually go buy the thicker strip at home depot or any hardware store for about $3-4, because it makes them feel better inside :love:
