s14 lug conversion

is there anyway to convert your rear lugs from 4 to 5 without changing the bearing, in other ways a cheap way to convert it?

all you need to change are the hubs and rotors. and even then you can just drill the rotors if you really want to be cheap about it.

i've used the search option already so dont flame me please... but with a base S14 four lug, changing to the five lug, are the brakes the same size between the two?

also besides the brakes and VLSD and interior trim, what are the major differences that makes buying the SE a better choice than the Base model?
