i have a s13 blacktop sr
mostly stock except for the usual fmic, exhaust, and etc
it started when one day it had a bad bogging issue, checked the plugs, they were ALL fouled and sooty. thinking to myself, maybe i should try a hotter plug on my stock setup. i went from bkr7es to 6s'.
it ran good for a day, then it started bogging again after i was driving for a while. when i'd sit at a stop light you could see gas/smoke coming from under my car. it would bog, but then when you step on it, itll get up.
weird thing is, itll only do it sometimes. my car runs great, i get to work, turbo timer goes off. halfway through the minute, car starts misfiring and a hint of black smoke comes out of the exhaust consistently.
i checked the vacuum lines to the fuel regulator, and its fine. im thinking the regulator itself is faulty.
i still have to check for codes, and since im not on the internet a lot i thought i should post it up already.
