tein coilovers

I tried searching and i couldnt find anything but maybe im not looking hard enough

anyway, i recently bought tein coilovers type HR and i was wondering what the spring rates are. It also came with uppermounts and i was wondering how far adjustable they are.

well i searched their site and they dont seem to have a any contact information, or im just not searching hard enough agian. as for calling them, i wont have to call japan or anything will i? if they have an american base, i would appreciate a number. thanks
