i bought an s13.4 conversion kit for my s13 convertible... it came with brackets and 2 fender... but no instructions... any one here has a link on how to install it on an s13 or can anyone here explain to me how to install it... if so please help and thank you

Self explanitory. Brackets bolt onto radiator support, headlights bolt onto brackets.
It's not rocket science.

The brackets are as follows, starting from the center out.

* bumper bracket that bolts to hood bracket (weird triangle looking thing) <--Where the hood latch is mounted...
* inner headlight and horn brackets (2 long U brackets)
* outter headlight to core support bracket (2 small wide L brackets)
* small L brackets for fenders to bolt to chassis (left one is slightly hidden below the fender)

I got the same kit, where do the smallest L-brackets go on the fender? I have a tube front i installed on my car, so most the brackets dont help me at all. but I am guessing they help mount the rear of the fender? this is a really bogus kit with nothing marked LH or RH and no instructions at all, even a picture of the brackets on the car, with no words would help some one.

if you have a tube front...just mock up the brackets. Look at the headlights. match them to the holes. Weld the brackets in place.


if you can't figure it out....have the dude that did your tube front install it. It's really self explanatory.

I did my own tube front, just the little L brackets dont look like anything. the bigger 5 are easy. but i had s14 fiber glass fenders on before but it looked like crap, so i got these to make it look better. i dont think i can use any of the "kit" just the fenders. I m just tryng to find out if i could use these things, and in any way make how they are attached better

put the lights on the brackets. find out where they should sit (with hood and fenders on the car) and line it up. do a simple tack weld, then put the front bumper on. Modify if necessary.

the brackets are designed for a stock s13 front end.

Headlights are already mounted, i had the oem style s14 fenders on before so i had made brackets for them to fit, but what i was asking, was where do the little narrow L brackets go? It would be nice to know where they actaully were supposed to go, i can weld make, bend, what ever i want, but i would like to know where they were ment to go.
