weird problem with my clutch

when im driving during the day...(when its super hot..) my clutch tends to slip on me really bad... but when its cooled down a little, it grabs more, and when i drive at night, i grabs like a champ...
this is an 89 maxima clutch almost brand new with 200 miles on it...
i just dont understand it when it slips...
i am getting a new clutch SOON...
but maybe its my clutch cylinder losing pressure?
has anyone encountered this problem?

and also when im in 1st, and accelerating, it makes the same exact winding noise as if im in reverse... does it for all the gears... but when i gun the car, its like nothings wrong with it...(when the clutch is grabbing at least...)

any info will help me a lot... thanks...

are you talking 200 miles after a 200 to 500 mile breakin for the clutch cause if you arn't you probably destroyed you clutch by not breaking it in properly i have seen clutches smoked after 100 miles if they were not properly broke in
what engine what brand of clutch and what grade/brand of clutch do you have
