This is the Regional Forum. Any Technical discussion on the S/Z chassis should be posted in the Tech Forum. Any Chat Thread Directly related to S/Z Chassis should be posted in the Chat section. Anything that’s not related to the Forum you're posting in belongs in the Off-Topic Forum.

Try the Search Feature (http://www.zilvia.net/f/search.php), many common questions and topics have been brought up many times before and chances are you will find excellent information on your desired questions. Also try looking in the FAQs & Archive Section (http://zilvia.net/f/archive-faqs/) for answers. You can also look on the Zilvia.net Technical Page (http://www.zilvia.net/faqs/faqs.asp).

This is not a private message forum, so if you need to contact a single person please use the Private Message feature or Email.

Please respect others and the community. Not everyone can see eye to eye, although this does not permit you to attack other members. If you have a problem send them an email or PM.

Topics will be moved/locked at moderators discretion.

Pornographic and/or Sensitive Material
This is a CAR forum. Moreover, this is a private forum which is publicly open to minors. These things mean Zilvia is about the LAST place for pornographic material to be presented. Any material above PG-13 which is either displayed via IMG tags, linked to, uploaded, or otherwise presented will result in ONE warning, followed by a BAN if the offense is repeated.
In addition, any information deemed sensitive such as celebrity phone numbers, social security numbers, VIN numbers not posted by their owners, etc. will be deleted and the user who posted it warned and then banned if the offense is repeated.
SIGNATURES:
To accommodate standard-sized banners in the signature, including the use of the Zilvia.net banner and Sloganizer.net banners, we are allowing signatures to be one of two sizes. Current users have a signature limit of 400x200px, which is remaining unchanged. The alternative size is 600x125px.
Once 400px width has been exceeded, 125px high is the limit. Yes, that means an image 401x126 will be deleted.
As a thank you to our Premium members, their choice is 400x200 or 750x125, and again, once 400px wide has been exceeded, 125px high is the cap.
The .GIF or total image size limit remains at 150,000 bytes (150kb) according to the .gif's properties tab.
Pyramid schemes, etc
Users are not permitted to make money by utilizing Zilvia's bandwidth, other than by selling their parts, etc in the FS sections. Linking to pyramid schemes like free iPods or free flat screens, hits4pay, etc etc WILL result in administrative action without prior warning necessary. If you have the slightest concern that something you're linking to might not be kosher, don't do it.

Grievances
Zilvia is not a grievance forum. If you have a problem with a seller or buyer, settle it with them. If you are unable to contact them and seek further assistance, contact your (and their) local law enforcement.

Racial Slurs/Ethnic bashing, etc
This sort of thing will NOT be tolerated. Users who choose to do so face permanent banning from Zilvia without warning.

In an effort to reduce post-whoring and other nonsense posting, we have applied a few more new rules.

ANYTHING that can be construed as a racial comment will NOT be tolerated. In a direct quote or not, from TV or not.

Also, Sexist comments will NOT be tolerated. There are males and females alike on Zilvia. We will not have one or the other alienated from the site due to derogatory comments.

POSTING STATE SPECIFIC EVENTS:
Anyone posting State Specific Regional Events/Meets outside of their Regional Section because they think the world revolves around their State, will be forcefully encroach by the Moderator, and then Banned.

THREAD TITLES:

The Use of “OFFICIAL” in the title, will from now on be deleted from your thread title. There is no reason to start a thread call XOX Meet and Greet, and then create one 2 days later call “OFFICIAL” XOX Meet and Greet. You are creating a waste of space. Simply stop doing it. It’s just that Simple. Again refer to “Search”.

FLAMING:

As always this happens on the forum. As of Lately the Flaming has become out of control. This will stop. Excessive flaming will be Dealt with as the Moderator sees fit, depending on the on the Infraction you commit and the frequency.

CROSS-Posting:

When person/persons start a thread with an event, then another does in a nearby location on the same day/days, then they proceed to cross-post Jacking up one another's threads into oblivion. Will be deleted and Pinked for a week for not using the simple action of “Search” ..

Also Cross-Posting Motorsport Event’s into Regional will no longer be tolerated. We have a Motorsport Section for a reason. There is no reason for you to Post an Event in the Motorsports Section then repost this SAME Thread/or Similar Thread linking back to the Original thread, in the Regional Section.

If you do this your thread will be REMOVED and you could possible faced being Pinked, depending on how many times you continue this path, eventually resulting in a BAN.

No more IBTL-types of posts

These include:
· In Before The Lock
· In Before The Ban
· In Before The Pink
· In Before The Brown
· and other funny or not-so funny variations.
If you find yourself in a situation where you feel a mod will intervene, then maybe instead of posting nonsense to get your post count up, you could report the thread. The icon is found under the username and looks like this: . And it also adds 1 post to your count when creating the reported post in the infraction forum only moderation can see, if that matters to you.

No more <msglength> in your posts

If your message is too short to meet the message length guidelines, then it is probably not very useful. This does not mean that you can beat the system by adding nonsense like "msglenghbullshitblablabla". Make your posts worthwhile and be a good contribution to the forum. Agreeing by saying "Yes. msglength" does not add any value to the forum.

Sanctions

Depending on the person, the quantity of infractions and many other variables, infractions could range from:
· Post(s) Deleted
· Warning
· Pinking / Browning
· Banning

BUMPING

No Bumping your Thread..

Today I saw some one use " bump bump bump " to bump there BBQ thread.. If no one is talking on it, then there should be NO reason to Bump your thread..

So remember, less nonsense, more reporting ( ) and everyone is happier!
