WTB S13 shell in socal

interested in purchasing a clean title s13 coupe or hatch shell in socal. Registration has to not be "too" far out of date. I do not want to pay 100s of dollars bringing it back up to current registration. Basically, I have suspension and drivetrain sitting, I just need a body.
