Rebuilt my ka24e and the timing seems way off. When running it idles at about 200 but touching on the gas kills it. but when dizzy is cranked to full advance i can get it up to 3000rpm i thought the oil pump might be wrong so i had pulled it and set it at 12 o clock backwards D like told and now it wont even start just cranks and shoots out giant flames. help please!
