ok i just bought a 94 s13 with an auto tranny i herad that the conversion of it is cheap but now im hearing that is complicate and expansive and could eventually mess up my ka can any one give me advice on this

ya.. they just came out..they expand until they blow up and destroy your motor! pretty cool huh...haha.. no but on a serious note..welcome to zilvia.. i would suggest searching for information. you'll probably find what your looking for. gl

maybe he meant expensive...or 94 trannies really do expand

yea the auto transmission is so much better than a 5 speed swap.

drive the car, do basic maintenance
read every DIY and tech article you can find on the subject
trust me, you're not the first person to do this
you'll get a very good idea of what's involved
new parts + paying a shop can get pretty expensive
used crap parts and lack of the right tools and it can be living hell
with the right parts and tools it can be done in a weekend
