A friend and I did a compression test today on my 1995 240sx with 133,1xx miles. I am very pleased with the numbers :cool:
They are as follows:
Cylinder 1 - 195psi
Cylinder 2 - 195psi
Cylinder 3 - 190psi
Cylinder 4 - 195psi
From what I've read these numbers are excellent. Makes me feel better about the condition of this car and how those that had it before me took care of it.
While we were at it, we replaced the spark plugs (Champions) with new Autolite platinum tipped. I would have preferred a better brand, but they're far better than what was in there.
