I ordered a oil feed line kit from Frsport.com. heres the pic!
There were some larger braided lines but they were for water coolant and my turbo is oil only! But the fittings from those lines do not fit as well!!

**the turbo in the obove pic is not the BW turbo its the T3 garrett that I just mocked up***well that fitting does not fit into the Borg Warner turbo with or without the brass fitting that came installed in the turbo. I tried some other fittings that came with the line kit. But nothing will screw in.

But I still do not know what I need to do to fix my feed and return issue!! And if I did order the line kit for nothing then it is for sale!!

can you find out from BW what the thread/pitch is for the oil feed on the turbo, then just get that to an AN fitting.

as far as the oil return, it looks like a wide flange like a turbonetics sized. you can get that from summit as well.

call summit tech line, they can get you all your stuff.

anything else just go to the website and search

hope that helps,
