s14 sr20det harness question

Can someone tell me what these wires are for? they are located beside the dash plug. It is not the wiring for the blue plugs, as those are on there. I bought the car as is; the ka harness was already cut up, so I can't compare it to that.

I'm doing the wiring for my s14-s14 and this has me a little stumped.
