View Full Version : will RS200 VLSD (skyline R32) bolt in to S14?

i have been told that the VLSD from the R32 Skyline, the RS200, will bolt in to the S14 rear-end with only back cover plate hole issues. is this true, ie, is the VLSD from the R32 a good swap into the S14?:confused:

It's R200, not RS200. And that's only for the GTS models; the GT-R uses an R230 in the rear (IIRC).
The input flange for the driveshaft might be different, also.
Gearing could be all off depending on which version you grab. I believe a lot of them used a 4.363:1 final drive (versus 4.083:1 for the 240SX).

thank you for clearing that up. i'd prefer to just find an S14 VLSD, but i will use what i can. :)

It won't bolt into an S14 but with the use of the R32 axels the diff will bolt into the S13..... a fellow PANDA did it.... JDM TYTE!
