S14 USDM Climate Control

I am looking to picking up a 95 240sx. Clean chassis and all but only one thing bothers me, the climate control.

Now it blows A/C and Heater. Only probably is, it only works on #4 level. 1,2, and 3 are obsolete.

Could this possibly be part of the climate control or something to do with the blower motor?

Had exactly the same problem when I bought my 98, replace the blower motor resistor and your problem is solved.
