After putting a thermostat in my ka (i was running with no stat all summer and fall), my car gets warm after driving. I've bled the coolant system 3 times. The third time bleeding was today after I pulled the radiator and flushed it out. After bleeding until only water came out of the bleed screw, I topped of the rad, and drove it down the road. Once again my car gets warm above operating temp. The thermostat is opening. Sometimes the heater won't blow when I turn on the heat, or it just blows cold. I'm starting to think that It's the heater coil, but I'm not having any of the symptoms of a normal heater coil issue. Before I replace everything that water goes through on this motor, I'd like to get some input from other people.

Oh yeah I'm buying a rad cap, and water pump tomorrow for shits and giggles. May as well replace those.
