well, i would say it will take a little work to find on the net... maybe try some junk yards... anywhere from 400 - 1000 bucks

I am trying to find a FSM at the moment hoping that it would tell me if it will bolt right on or not...

I found 2 96 240s in junk yards in my area. Hopefully there manual...

not worth it.  you're better off selling your auto. and just finding a 5spd

I converted mine about 2 months ago and everythings running fine so far. I did have to change my drive shaft though. It cost me $1000 installed with a 3 month warranty. I also changed my ECU. Im not sure if I had to but did anyways.

get a torque converter and hydrosytem from levelten.com. They'll rebuild your tourque converter for $500 and enhance the hydrosystem for $600, this will put more power to the wheels and better acceleration, may even be quicker than 5spd.
