so my buddy is having a spark issue. (this is from another forum i'm posting it here for him as he is working off his iphone lol)
So I started my car up yesterday, ran fine except the ecu is not tuned for the 550 injectors that i am currently running so it ran like crap, only ran it for maybe a min tops, started it 3 times throughout the day and it started right up every time no problem. later on in the day I tried to start it so I could just move it and it wouldn't start, now I have no spark? What is the problem here?
after a little diag this is where he is at now-
when we hook our ohm meter up to the coil packs we do get power occasionally obviously. But still won't fire?
Just smelt a burning smell, the ignitor is hot as balls, so I pulled it out, is it bad? Or is something else causing this?
