Engine swap ?'s

Hey guys, I just bought an 89 fastback with a ton of miles, 196k to be exact. I am new to the whole Nissan scene as I had an Integra before this. I was wondering how hard it would be to swap in a KA24DE out of a 97 240. I was talking to a guy who had the motor,tranny, and ecu and he said it would be an easy weekend swap if I was at all mechanically inclined, which I am. Do you guys think this is the best route to go. Thanks any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes.

It's a fairly straightforward swap, but not quite plug and go. You will need to work your wiring, as well as deal with the accessories (iirc, the PS pump is on the opposite side in the SOHCs).
