piston problems

hi, i have a KA24E and the pistons wont combust. i have checked the fuel injectors(replaced all o-rings and what not), i checked comprsion and the sparkplugs and sparkplug wires, also i check the distributor and everything around it on in it. i have no idea what is going on, my dad builds cars he has no idea what is going on.

please tell me what this problem is

is there fuel getting into the cylinders(check the pump)? Is there spark getting to the plugs? Did you mess with the timing in anyway?
