95 5 spd swap

I have been doing some research on doing a 5spd swap in a 95 240sx, and upon reading most of the 5spd swap tech articles requires hacking up some of your lower wiring harness. If i use a 95 5spd lower wiring harness will it just hook up to the engine fusebox without hacking it up or doing any additional wiring ?

no a 5 speed lower harness will not work in place of a auto lower harness. I think its the plugs under the fuebox that are different. The best way is to take the auto harness and rewire.

Think about it. An automatic chassis will not be prewired for a manual harness.

Use the auto harness, it requires nothing but hardwiring the reverse lights.
