How difficult is it to remove the rear rotors off a 95 240SX LE?? I need to change them to pass inspection and I am not about to pay some one to do it. I have a new set of stock Nissan rotors just need to know how hard its gonna be and if I should know anything special. I have changed rotors on at least 8 civics so that is what I am comparing them too. Any input would be of great help.

Thanks,
Chad

easy in a way..

unbolt caliper
remove caliper (pads will fall out)
remove rotor
have to compress the piston on rear caliper (need the special tool is easiest, but needle nose pliers work ok too)
install rotor
reinstall pads on caliper
rebolt caliper on

that's it
first time? expect 2 hours give or take (that's working relatively slow and sometimes those rear calipers are a HUGE PITA). if you do it often, can have it done within an hour easy.

What kind of special tool do you need??

its a cube shaped thing
u can find it at auto stores easily
it attaches to a socket wrench
you dont PUSH the rear calipers in, but rather you 'screw' them back in

needle nose pliers do the same job.i find the cube much easier though.
