what next for the ka24de

what should i do next to my ka24de i have about 3000. i want to turbo but i think i should build it up first. what products ?

First of all, go out and buy yourself a copy of Maximum Boost by Corky Bell (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0837601606/qid=1051391916/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/102-0846404-8124913?v=glance&s=books&n=507846). It's an awesome book, and definately a must have if you're going to get into turbocharging.

Personally, if you really want to turbo your KA, i'd build up your own turbo kit. It will be a lot harder, but I think the amount of money you'll save would be worth it. You may end up using higher quality parts as well.

If you drop all three grand on suspension and other structual/body rigidity/renewal mods you will have a perfect platform to start in on a turbo upgrade weather it be an sr or your own kit...but this way you wont loose any power through ****ty suspension and you wont be breaking any random parts due to milage or age....
