what size innercooler piping should I use for the ka24de? I was thinking 2" to 2 1/4, not sure. t3 turbo

usually.. people go with 2 inch for hotpipe and 2.25 inch for coldpipe

It will depend on the intercooler, really.

My logic for going with 2" on the hot pipe and 2.5" on the cold pipe:
My compressor outlet and IC inlet are both 2"
Even though the IC outlet is also 2", the throttle body is 2.75", so I used 2.5" piping to make it a bit easier on the transition to the throttle body.

I think that's SR specs.
For the KA, the inlet pipe (hotpipe) diameter depends on a) your intercooler and b) your turbo outlet.
The coldpipe, fairly logically, is dependant on your intercooler.
My turbo is 2.5" outlet and my intercooler is 2.5" inlet and outlet. I'll be running no other than 2.5" piping all the way, with a silicone step-up hose.
