wiring help wanted , s13 rhd turn signal and wiper switches to usdm harness!

i need help wiring my s13 rhd jdm turn signal and wiper switches to my usdm harness. it looks like they are just backwards on the plug, but i dont want to just assume. and the mode actuator plug also, someone has to know , help me out .

if you have the pigtail from the jdm plugs just match up the colors for the headlight and wiper switches

yea i have the pigtail. i thought thats all i had to do, but wasnt sure.

Plug is the same, you can actually unwrap the column harness and move them to the opposite sides without a lot of effort.

the one white plug is the same. but the black one is backwards
