I know I need an oil restrictor fitting so I dont blow the seals on my turbo. It hasn't gotten in yet but can someone help me figure out which fitting I need. What size is best for this gt28rs on s13 sr20 motor?

.035 hole size
Some people use .06, but it'll smoke a little.
