s14 rim sizes

i was wondering how big and wide i could fit on my s14.
im about to order some 19's on my car.. i wanted 19x9 or 10 in the rear and 19x8 or 9 in the front....possible...can anyone give me offsets on this or will it be to wide or big...?

it should fit, depending on the sidewall(40 or less!) but... why do you want to put such things on your car? they arnt going to help the performance...
