ITEM: 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V

DESCRIPTION: Stock '02 SE-R Spec V. Runs great, drives great. No major issues. Good DD. Decent power.
Exterior: 8/10
Bumpers have minor scratches and scuffs in paint, 1 or two very minor door dings, paint is 7 years old.
Interior: 9/10
Clean and in good shape - lava red. SE-R Spec V shift knob, leather wrapped steering wheel (I love this steering wheel)
Mechanical: 1 Issue -
Temp Gauge on the dash isn't working. I haven't attempted to fix this.
The good:
New battery, new brake calipers, regular oil changes performed, 1 new rim, full service history from the day I bought it, interior in good shape, HID halo / projector headlights (halogen bulbs also available and oem headlights also available), sony head unit, red rear blinkers, white led interior lighting, fog lights rewired to run w/o headlights, rain-x latitude wiper blades (so awesome!), new serpentine belt
The bad:
Trunk lock was broken into - has been repaired, but doesn't look cosmetically 100%, misc minor paint issues as mentioned above, will need 2 new tires before the winter most likely - rear tires are low on tread.
The bottom line:
I actually really like this car and wasn't planning on selling it so soon, but a friend of mine is offering me a sweet deal on a car I like even more, and I'm trying to figure out if I can float it...
