I just purchased this car (http://zilvia.net/f/#) in april and just dont have the same interest in the car that i used to. I recently got a promotion at work and now have an 80 mile round trip commute to work each day. I hate to daily drive this car and rack up miles on it, plus i really should be getting into somehting more practical/reliable for right now.
So, the car is a 93 touring that was originally montego blue, 95K miles on the chassis. The car was repainted emerald green before i purchased it. the paint is in good shape, there are a few dings and scratches here and there, but nothing major. The most obvious blemish is a spot on the top of the B-pillar.
Mechanically the car runs fine, no major issues besides what i think is a grounding issue that causes the car to stumble when it rolls into boost at 3K rpm sometimes. It is an intermitant problem that if i remember correctly, is not un-common. The motor (http://zilvia.net/f/#) has around 25K miles and the turbos have abour 45K. The boost pattern is solid besides the mentioned problem above. I have a good deal of paperwork documenting service from the previous owners. The car just passed MD inspection without me having to change a thing back in april.
Mods include a pfs exhuast, downpipe, and silicone vaccum job plus a defi boost gauge. Since i purchased the car i have switched out the tan seats for good condition black leather (http://zilvia.net/f/#) ones. My original plans were to convert the whole interior to black. I also picked up a set of rx7store turn signal lights with the smoked housings.
