I know like on most cars you can get a better Intake manifold and was just wondering if anybody made them for the ka's.  I mean if Nissan only put this engine in american 240's they probably didn't sweat too much on the design of it so Im sure it can be improved.
It probaly wouldn't do that much for little stockers like me, but for the turboed guys and gals (Me one day) Im sure this would probably be a pretty fat gain of power.
Plus it would just look cool, say something like the Venom intake manifolds or something.  Any ideas let me know or give some links.
I know that you can get them extrude honed or cut, ported, welded.  But I like show and go.

I hope the question didn't offend anybody.  You guys are avoiding it like the plague.
Was it just a ridiculous question due to the absolute superioty of the stock manifold or what.
You guys could at least give me a "No I don't know of any but it would be a good idea or something"  Im a girl, I need a attention, My feelings get hurt.
LOL..

Anyway I thought it was a good question!

It is a very good question. Maybe a little too good. (lol)

I've never seen one...I don't think anybody makes them for the KA's.  I'm sure you would see gains by Extrude honing it, but the question is are the gains enough to justify the $400 you will spend.

check my link at the bottom, I have a custom KA manifold, my friend Mark made it for me, he is a mechanical engineer, he can make you one for $450 plus a core manifold. e-mail me if you really want one.

hey PSI240SX, home depot parts dont count as performance upgrades, lol
J/K!!
thats tight dude, hey i got a cousin who works as a Design Engineer at Pratt&Whitney here in CT
he can make some nice custom intakes, and headers, and pretty much if you wanted a whole new body for your car, lol... but that is tight knowing someone who does that stuff... he's makin me a custom intake, so we'll see who is better, INJEN or him... hehe

Can you have him make a custom b-pipe? It's the pipe that connects the cat to the exhaust (for s14's). How much would that cost?

BTW, this is for either PSI or IceTek, thanks.

BlueEyes, are you turboing your KA or are you doing a swap?

PSI, what if the dang thing breaks?!?! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> Can I come visit your cousin with the nicest intentions and not do any physical damage?
