i recently put quite a few new parts on my rb25det such as bigger turbo, greddy intake, fmic, 660cc injectors, wideband. ect.....all supporting mods...
anyway, i got the aem fic and boomslang harness because i cant afford an ems at the time.
i got the fic connected to the laptop, and "online" with each other. from what i understood, the fic runs off the factory ecu basemap. the car wont start at all, so i checked for fuel. the rail has fuel. i pulled a plug and had a friend hold it by the block to check spark. as i turned it over, it fired up right away....and was very loud as it was missing a plug. we put the plug back in and it cranked, but wouldnt start..
im really lost at why it wont run with all the plugs in. plugs are new ngk iridiums and gapped correctly.
is anyone familiar with the fic? do i need to download a map somewhere?
