in any case it will be a practice if most everyone will be in vegas watching people slide.
we moved the first date because we didnt think it makes any sense to have two so-cal drift events throwing comps the same weekend, kinda much you know.
we then moved it to the next closest date not realizing it was FD las vegas.

support is cool so we definetly understand your situation. BUT, there is acouple people that arent going to vegas that weekend as well so maybe we will see them up there with us.

either way we have our next one coming up on AUG 8th at HTM. (rain or shine, Formula D or not! LOL)

Ok just to let you guys know. As of now due to the lack of interest in the night comp. We will be cancelling it for this date. We will still be holding a venue on this date. It will be a 15 drivers max, 9 hours of sliding, 100 per driver, maximum seat time event.

We did that to lower the cost for drivers.So that we can have less drivers and make it even more seat time for everyone.

round 1 comp will be in AUG. I am currently working with companys here in Japan that have alot of interest with these events we have. dont be suprized if there are a couple special guests that show up. and some NICE prizes are given out.

all drivers that attend this practice day will be able to have a spot reserved for them in AUG.

and btw, this pratice day will be focusing on tandem practice for the comp.

Maybe if my driving doesnt suck I will do tandemI have seen you out there before. you will be fine. just give alittle room and its all good. if alittle words of encouragement helps my first night drifting here in Japan was up in the mountains (Hakone) and the only way they do it is run UP the mountain in one group and go DOWN the mountain in one group. this alliviates problems with worring about two cars sliding in the wrong direction towards eachother at night. :eek3:

we are usually sliding with a group of 3-8 guys. all we do is give alittle room for error or spins and its all good from there!
