View Full Version : Oil in turbo HELPP!!!

I finally got everything ready on my ka swap and the turbo leaks oil into the manifold really bad. I dont know why could it be too much oil and I need a restrictor or are the seals blown?

Sounds like a seal to me.

Turbo sounds like its got a bad seal in the center section and is spitting oil into the mani. Just get it rebuilt and your G2G

What turbo is it?

You need a restrictor,

over pressurizing the CHRA will blow the seals.

Its a t25 and I think that might be what I did what size restrictor should I get?

cant remember the stock size
check out KAT.org they should have everything you need to know

check for shaft play in the turbo, bearing are probably dead and needs to be rebuilt
