Well, ever since i did my S14 SR swap, I've been having a oil leak coming from my down pipe with smoke. Well, I did a compression test and that checked good (150ish). Did a leak down test, and got less than 5% leakdown. First thing i replaced was turbo with a S15 turbo. Still leaking, so I replaced the valve stem seals and still leaking. I barely have 5 miles on turbo.
I just found out today after 5 months of having turbo that when doing a S15 turbo swap, you need a restrictor. So, I'm about to get a restrictor. Question is, Does anyone think my turbo seals are ok? I didn't notice any oil in my intake. That's my big worry now. I'm going to put the restrictor regardless, but I just want some hope that my brand new turbo isn't blown. Thoughts anyone?
