need help with 240sx

need help have a 1990 nissan 240sx hatchback and after saturday it has rod knock ka24e and i did not know because it was fine but then it does not wnat to go in reverse or in neutral. how can i fix this please help. the noise has not gotten that bad.

It will worse. When cars have problems, they dont go away.

So your saying your car is stuck in gear?
