gt2871 oil seals question?

My friend needs new turbo oil seals on his gt2871, so i needs this questions answered and actually all the help needed too...

The question is; Where can I buy the oil seals for my turbo?
Is it a job that I could do myself?
Is a specialist required ?
Do I need to disassemble the turbo in any tremendous way for it to require balancing afterwards?
what parts are needed?

If its a garrett ball bearing...then no, garrett only sells the whole CHRA, not rebuild kits.
