I have a pair that is just sitting in the garage. Still looks good, just a bit dusty. Check the photos, you'll see the small punctures on the rear of the panel from storage. The rest of the panel isn't scuffed or cracked. PM me if you're interested. Locals get first dibs because I don't feel like shipping something of this size. Located in Ontario, California.

The ac vents are good. They turn both ways and open/close without any problems. Like mentioned earlier, the panels are a bit dusty so if you cleaned it up or sprayed a little bit of silicon on the hinges they will move like new.
