Alright guys like that title states I am looking for an S14 Blacktop Long Block preferably but will entertain short blocks. Must be an S14 though. Heres the criteria. I am a student at The School of Automotive Machinists and this is going to be a project build while I am there. Therefore I plan to bore/hone the block with torque plate, will measure the mainline and make sure everything is straight and within spec, surface the deck, and rebuild with aftermarket pistons and rods. Therefore since I will be doing all of this work, I do not need a perfectly running motor. I am willing to accept motors with rod knock, blown headgaskets, damaged cylinder walls, etc. I dont want to bore it more then .020" over so the damage must be able to be cleaned up with that. I would really prefer a motor that doesnt have a warped head due to over heating. I absolutely will not accept anything with cracks. It doesnt even have to have the rods and pistons but I would prefer to everything else bottom end wise.
