Depends on your engine. You only really want something that big if you're gonna turbo it. Otherwise the low end loss negates the high end gains. So, unless you're turbod, go with 2.5"

Since I think your installing a SR get the 3" and call around and find a muffler.

Can't say anything but what these guys have said: unless you're planning to get a turbo or you already have one, don't get the 3'.
I think Apex'i has 3' mufflers, not sure.

yea, i got a turbo, the thing is though in 2 months im gettin a BIG 16'g turbo,
thats why i was figuring a 3" and maybe even bigger, cause all of my friends that have supra's(junk cars)
they got 4" pipes and mufflers... they are all pushin about 25psi...
so i was thinkin about even bigger than 3" unless its not needed for a big ass turbo...
any ideas on that?

supras are shit in terms of reliability. &nbsp;my best friend has two of them, and another friend just bought one. &nbsp;the engine has serious problems with overheating, warping heads, blown head gaskets, etc. &nbsp;but they are fast

look at it this way..
turbo = 3+ inch
n/a = 2.5 Inch is more then enuff...
