I am looking for a 4.5 ratio rear gear for my road race 240. If any one wants to sale one or can tell what else might fit. please let me know.

No such thing. There's a 4.36 and 4.63 for the R200, both were sold through Nissan Motorsports. Your other option is to play around with Pathfinder gear sets or find a JDM R32 diff with the 4.36 gear.
