Flip light controller

does anyone know how to install it?
i dont understand japanese and some kid told me connect some wire to the ECU... does it sound right?
the directions suck he said.....
plz help
i have 4 wires
red with the fuse goes to ground?
yellow
grey
black

all my experience would say..... red goes to the battery..... black goes ground....... but u can never tell.... so don't quote me on that.....
