WTB: HICAS S13 Rack

So besides having a Shorter ratio - whats the tell tell signs of it being a HICAS rack - Anything diff visually to tell the Diff.

I have 2 racks and 1 has Cut Thick hard lines (can prob swap them from my other) and the "Good" one I Thought,... poured fluid when I removed the Boot on 1 side.Its Been sitting for like 2 months.Thought that Might be why
