Simply use a Grant hub found at Autozone(or any auto parts store that carries Grant hubs).

I don't think Grant hubs for 240's (or Japanese cars in general) really work that effectively, if they even make one for 240's

Grant does make a Adapter/hub for the 240sx. not sure how well it works but they do.
