Where should I look at for this ?

I'd like to relocalise both my master brake & clutch cylinder inside the car.

Anyone ever done this ?

If yes, I'd like to see how you got it done !

Thanks.

Wilwood also makes one. Look to race car fabricators for more expensive suggestions.

How my brake pedal will feel w/ Z32 all around and this master cylinder w/o brake booster?

Here's my problem;

I have a RHD car, I went 2JZ-GTE Single turbo. I'd maybe like to use the space that both brakes and clutch cylinder take on exhaust side to have enough clearance for my turbo kit. I don't really "NEED" this clearance..it would be just less trouble if I don't have it in my way.

But I use that car as summer car and daily it.

Can it be driveable as daily or it only for race purpose ?

Bingo. Unless you live in a RHD country your car is useless.

Who care if I have a RHD or not, they're legal where I am.

I'm not gonna convert it to LHD...funny thing, lol.

Back to the thread, please.

Anyone ever drive a car with brake floor pedal and could tell me if the brake pedal feel is hard that it can't drive as daily.

Thanks.

hmm, no. I never driven a porsche but if you say they have this kind of pedal setup..I guess it is drivable.

Thanks !

depends on the pedal spacing.

might be difficult if you're wearing boots.

What does mounting the pedal to the floor have ANYTHING to do with pedal pressure required to stop? :duh:

Brake caliper piston area and master cylinder area as well as proportioning valves dictate brake pedal pressure vs. brake pad normal force.

I think he's gonna be running a setup with no booster, and wasn't sure of how that would affect it.

All (or most reputable ones) non-power assisted brake master cylinders should have an assist pivot bar that can multiply the force of your foot (or feet for 2 feet braking). You can adjust the bar to vary the level of assist.

Yeah, I won't be running a booster and wasn't sure how it would be without it. I know a floor pedal setup won't affect the pressure required to stop, hehe :) sorry if it's wasnt well explained.

Thanks again g6civcx.
