just bought a set of s13 SE rims.. and sadly they cant fit on my 95 s14, the lug pattern is the same but that center circle on the rotor somehow is bigger than the circle on the inside of the rim, so it wont sit flush. i was told its because i have ABS type rotors so what could i do to make it fit?

maybe a dumb shot in the dark but say a 5mm spacer to clear the lip?

From what I can see, the same part number(s) applies to all 4 lug S14s according to courtesyparts, nothing is noted about ABS.
Perhaps the hub centering ring has a thick layer of rust on it or the wheel centerbores have crap caked in them.
I know they should fit b/c my old car had them.

Also, I just caught that a few posts up. L

I didn't even know there was a difference lol.

EDIT:so it appears there isn't. clean up the rust and make sure the wheels are clean.

im sure that its not rust, it has like a black metal ring around that circle on the rotor, so w/o the center cap i can clearly see that its not fitting on right

There should be no difference between the two. IF there is a difference it's more than likely something that has been added on by your or one of the previous owners.

could be an aftermarket hub centric ring caked on there.
