I need to know a few things because im broke but forced to drive my 240.
The set-up.

retop, #62
FUEL- 370's, walbro255
AIR- GT28rs, KA MAF
misc shiat- FMIC,3in exhaust & stock exhaust mani
and an OLD school SAFC , 5 point adjustable with 30% increments...

So my questions is, do you think I can get a decent A/F ratio with that and using a wideband??? ***I cant run less than 12psi due to the acuator...

Only asking cuz ima broke ass and cant get the necessary parts to get it perfect right now...

maybe but your timing map will be fubar
might even detonate
just disconnect the wastegate flapper from the actuator
no boost = no issues

doubt it w. that alone... if you get an adjustable fpr you MIIIIGGGGGHT be able to squeeze it but its risky... you should replace the 12lb wg with one from a stock turbo..8lbs... and make sure your around 11-11.5 : 1 afr in boost to be safe.. if not...boom boom boom lol

so lets say i get some 550's, then with all the rest i should be safe... right?

You'll still be waaaay limited by your KA SOHC maf. 550's and a Z32 MAF (or N60 MAF, which is way cheaper and good to about 300hp) and you're set.

your to broke to fix a waste gate accuator but you can just go out and get some 550's?

Just so you know, a few of us run 11-12psi on stock redtops with GT28R's... Sileighty did a dyno run and dyno'd some 255whp with A/F's in the safe zone on 12psi IIRC. So you could be good now, but my feeling is that your SOHC KA maf is your weakest link at this point. If you can do the correction using your SAFC, a N60 MAF ($20-$40) would be the best investment to get the most out of the current setup.

I have a Z32 MAF, actually two in my garage but i thought i had to change something in my ECU to allow a Z32Maf to work. I cant just slap it on can I?And if i can scrap some cash up i need to spend it wisely, hence why im asking you guys questions.

Trade your GT28 it for a S13 S14 or S15 turbo and get cash on top, and your car is gonna be running great.

probably the best idea so far
get a spec-r turbo and a maf
the spec-r is great
fast spool and decent power
then get injectors later and you should see close to 300whp at 17-18psi
and have response
but i wouldn't tune it with an afc
afc = band-aid
but your cut is gonna need stitches lol
to be safe and have total peace of mind
